COMMISSION OF CONTROL OF RECORDS

Art. 36

The Commission for the Control of Records provides the Organization with advice about any Member, staff and voluntary workers.

The Commission for the Control of Records is responsible for providing the Organization with advice about any project, operation, set of rules or other matter involving the processing of personal information.

The Commission for the Control of Records is an independent body ensures that the processing of personal information by the Organization is in compliance with the regulations the Organization establishes in this matter.

The Commission for the Control of Records may process requests concerning the information contained in the Organization’s records.

All such records can only be access by official members and staff within the Organization who is granted permission as set out in INFOSEC regulations of the Organization. Any outside permission must be directed to the Secretary General and approved by the President of the organization.

The publication of research is free and available everybody.
